Alunara Fitness is a new wellness studio concept, that seeks to make ritual living part of everyday living.

For this reason, our classes are a little different to your conventional class style - but don't worry, you are going to love it

We are seeking qualified, conscious and intentional instructors to support the launch of our unique fitness-wellness concept into the world.

Ideally, as part of our Circle, you will be aligned with the following values and ideas:

Be Authentic:

• We are looking for teachers who can authentically engage with what we are offering to the market, who are excited to be part of a bourgeoning fitnesswellness concept and who believe in the powerful practices of gratitude, breathwork, visualisation, conscious movement and mindfulness.

• You will be required to design your own programs and classes, in line with our broader, unique studio methodology, seasonal themes and concepts.

Be Compassionate - Have compassion and take genuine interest in your students and their journey in class, we are here to help people gain inner confidence and improved quality of life, holistically.

Be Responsible - you will need to be comfortable with opening and closing the studio independently, checking in and out students, accounting for our technology items employed throughout class and taking ownership over your class and students. We want to create meaningful connections in our space and a place of belonging for all.

Our space is humble and class sizes are expected to be no more than 10-15 students per class, each of varying abilities and experience - allowing us to connect with our students and support their wellness journey on a deep level.

We are seeking instructors who want to adopt permanent, ongoing sessions and cultivate their student group. Alternatively, we are interested to hear from instructors that would like to form part of our casual relief pool.

Our regular session times will be:

• 
  Monday
• Fridays: between 6.30am up to 8am/9am in the morning and from 5pm/6pm up to 7pm/8pm in the evening.

Saturdays:between 7am to 11am

Sundays: between 7am to 11am and from 4pm to 6.30pm.

Teachers will be paid in hour sessions, incorporating 2 x 45min classes consecutively, with a 15min break in between. Longer sessions of hours may become available, depending on the date and time.

The desirables and the non-negotiables:

• Must hold a nationally recognised qualification or certification in the industry/profession nonnegotiable.
• First aid accreditation desirable.
• Working with children check and/or vulnerable persons credentials desirable.

We are open to different employment structure options for the right people - contracted, full-time, part-time, casual, etc.

You will receive training in our methodology and clear support and guidance on how we deliver our unique approach to our students, but after that, the rest of the journey is up to you
