Using your administration experience, you'll provide a complete support service for the planners within the practice.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

  • Previous experience gained within an administration role within the Financial Services Industry
  • Excellent client service with well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own initiative, plan and organize workloads effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational & planning skills
  • A desire to develop and improve your knowledge of the Financial Services Industry through continuous learning and professional qualifications

Your Working Day:

Your key role will be to assist the Financial Planner(s) in managing the office to exceed firm, client and regulatory expectations including processing client accounts accurately and efficiently:

  • Effective communication with the Financial Adviser(s)
  • Management of phone calls and walkin clients
  • Ordering supplies and processing expenses
  • Opening, closing and transferring accounts
  • Processing trade and other transactions
  • Completion of client reports
  • Follow up with prospective clients

Self - Development:


You have the opportunity and are expected to take advantage of developmental opportunities, such as attending courses to further enhance your understanding of the Financial Services Industry and to keeping up with system and regulatory changes.
