The Role:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend water damage, fire damage, sewerage ingress & mould jobs
- Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works as required, including equipment installation & monitoring
- Liaise with internal office staff, project managers & external clients
- Prepare & present damage, inspection & inventory lists reports for insurers
- Complete all necessary job documentation
- Travel around Metro Melbourne
- Work away from home on occasion
- Work a rotating oncall roster, including afterhours shifts
Key Selection Criteria:
- Background in handson, physically demanding roles
- Experience in Home & Contents Restoration, Cleaning or Construction is highly regarded, however not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work autonomously & collaboratively
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a highpressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professionalism, proactive nature & good work ethic
- Physical fitness
- Working with Children Check
- Valid & clean driver licence
