Are you someone who loves keeping a well-run kitchen and who loves providing excellent service? We are looking for an organized Café Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Forrester's Hill location

Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll ensure that both our customers and staff are taken care of. If you are someone who is passionate providing a wonderful dining experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Service hours range from: 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Your roster will involve 8 hour shifts (with mornings and weekends as necessary).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Uphold and effectively manage staff morale
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers
  • Demonstrate a passion for hospitality
  • Restaurant Management experience
  • A RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
  • Clear communication skills and familiarity with administration will be advantageous for success in this role
