This position will suit driven sales professionals who are passionate about making a difference, hungry to succeed, and motivated to earn healthy commissions for their efforts.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of a vibrant and engaging team that prioritises customer relations and quality.

Transparency and honesty with the customer are essential in this role to maintain the client's reputation.

The successful candidate will onboard into a fully paid training program while receiving ongoing mentorship from seasoned professionals.

You will be set up for success immediately and can hit the ground running, ramping yourself up to benefit from a lucrative commission structure.

About the Position:
Ongoing detailed 1-on-1 sales training
Located in the Bankstown
Objection handling and providing tailored solutions
Manage a large volume of inbound traffic
Make outbound calls to WARM leads who have registered interest online

About You:
Resilient – ability to work through objections
Target driven and hungry to exceed KPIs
Clear and strong communication skills
Sales experience needed, preferably in the energy/solar sector but not essential
Can commit to being in the office full time
