Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Assist the department head in the daily activities.
  • Drive budget and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborates with the Manager, Finance & Reporting to support overall department goals and objectives.
  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Responds to inquiries from the Head of Finance, department heads and senior management regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
  • Manage preparation of monthly analysis such as opex/overhead against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Team in determining financial result and projected performance, and preparation of monthly SP&O, ML and related reports.
  • Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
  • Drive and work with the Finance Manager of Finance & Controlling & Reporting to ensure a clean and timely yearend audit.

Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Financial Analysis
  • Qualified Accountant with membership to a recognized accounting body CA/CPA designation
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge in SAP and BW
  • Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Selfmotivated with positive "can do" approach and performanceoriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good team lead and player who demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced setting with ability of prioritizing workload
  • Flexible and ability to handle various and unanticipated requirements from users and department heads.
  • Proactive and attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
