The Role & Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Manager to lead and develop the team at our Nude Lucy store at

Responsibilities include:

Lead by example to set management expectations across your TeamManage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance managementTrain, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planningProblem solving and ability to provide solutionsProduce and analyse required financial reports – i.e.

Payroll reportsRoster Management and payroll approvalManage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective mannerProactive approach in loss prevention management i.e.

stock shrinkageWork with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the storeDemonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for workEnsure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe mannerin accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member

To be successful you will have the following:The successful candidate will have strong fashion retail experience, be immaculately presented, and live and breathe the Nude Lucy brand ethosLeader, motivator and overall inspiring individualHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectationsAdaptable and supportive
