Tucked beneath The Strand Hotel, Bistrotheque is a an early-to-late night French inspired restaurant and wine bar.

Our rooftop cocktail bar, Kasbah is the perfect spot to enjoy a long lunch or sunset cocktails overlooking Darlinghurst and the city skyline.

Our Section Waiters are confident, vibrant, and self-motivated professionals who are meticulous about service delivery.

With a genuine passion for hospitality, you'll be providing warm and friendly service and ensuring your guests always enjoy a memorable experience.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience as a section waiter in a la carte dining
  • Exceptional people skills and social awareness guest service is the heart of your DNA.
  • You are punctual, reliable, selfdriven and a quick problem solver.
  • Knowledge of local and international wines
  • WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
  • Available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.
  • Quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail.
  • You have unrestricted Australian work rights and hold a current NSW RSA
