We're 20,000 colleagues in more than 30 countries delivering oil, gas, wind and solar power to 170 million people worldwide.

Taking on tough energy challenges is our job.

Right now, we're facing an enormous task:

We're up for the challenge. Are you?

The position

By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive establishment and implementation of Equinor's project planning methodology, experience, and benchmark according to business case, development phase and strategies.
  • Collaborate, motivate, guide, and build strong relationships with respective disciplines and stakeholders in the project portfolio to ensure high quality project planning deliverables, like e.g., network planning and schedule risk analysis across projects along with strong collaboration with suppliers and close follow up of contract obligations and deliveries.
  • Perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project scenarios and progress to identify potential risks and propose mitigating actions, forecasts, critical path, float, and schedule outcomes.
  • Provide the project team, planners and management with critical, decisionmaking information and timely reporting.
  • Manage project scheduling activities from the inception and design phase to project closeout.
  • Contribute to relevant networks and continuous learning, experience transfer and improvement of Equinor's templates, methods, procedures, and tools within the planning discipline.

Do you want to contribute to some of the most exciting projects in Equinor's energy transition? By joining our team in Renewables, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Digital (EPCD) Group delivering planning services to a portfolio of projects in the region.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a technical discipline. Possess more than 7 years relevant postgraduate experience.
  • Experience of creating and managing schedules using planning tools/software.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, communication and influencing skills with the ability to utilize digital tools and visual communication.
  • Proven experience of working within a highperformance, crossfunctional organization with tight timelines and ambitious targets across project portfolios.
  • A good team worker, target oriented, structured, and systematic.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English. Proficiency in an APAC language is beneficial.
  • Curious, proactive, commercial, and accountable attitude.
  • Ability and willingness to travel based on business needs.
