The Sales Manager will be in charge of driving sales for Next Payments' EAGLEi360 product, using their expertise to explore new business opportunities and strengthen current client relationships. Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing sales of EAGLEi360 in NSW/ACT (excluding Northern NSW)
  • Collaborating with the existing sales team in NSW.
  • Engaging with current and potential sites in the region.
  • Coordinating with internal teams including software developers, product managers, customer success, and company executives.
  • Facilitating communication from the industry to the product team.
  • Supervising product commissioning.
  • Training and keeping sales representatives updated.
  • Engaging with Clubs NSW & AHA NSW teams and participating in regional tradeshows.
  • Projected target of 30 to 40 agreements per year (boosted by trade show sales).

About You

  • Desirable background in Gaming/Hospitality sector.
  • Experience in selling SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong PC skills, proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Prior CRM program experience preferred, particularly with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Skilled in building and nurturing relationships.
