The role

  • Maintain payroll inbox and respond to all queries in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the payroll team and as directed by Management
  • Perform all duties in accordance with CPBG policies, processes, reporting, systems and procedures.
  • Reconciliation of payruns and automatic bank deductions in preparation for bank transfers
  • Scan and index documents, new employee records, terminations and payroll reports into JH records management system
  • Sort and distribute daily mail, prepare bulk mailouts including franking.
  • Data Entry and submission of contractor timesheets

To be successful you must possess the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Sound Excel skills
  • Strong communication to liaise with the teams
  • Reliable with a strong and proven work ethic
