About the Role:

As the Senior Brand Advisor reporting to the Head of Brand and Campaigns, you will provide strategic brand advice to key stakeholders within the Department of Health and its agencies. Your responsibilities include developing and executing brand strategies, overseeing creative direction for brand projects, and contributing to strategy implementation and evaluation.


Responsibilities:
  • Extensive experience in brand governance and providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Leading creative and brand agency engagements for new service brands, guidelines, and concepts.
  • Engaging stakeholders in complex environments to ensure successful delivery of brand projects.
  • Experience in marketing and communications for high-profile organizations, conducting research and evaluation projects to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Understanding of the public service, health sector, and government operations.

Requirements:
- You should have a proven track record in leading audience and insights-led brand projects.
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and autonomy in work.
- Capability to manage brand governance and drive efficiencies to meet organizational goals.
