The Talent Acquisition team at Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is looking for two new recruiters to join our busy, friendly team.
In your first three months, you'll:
- Be assigned a portfolio of schools across western Sydney and will be tasked with building your expertise on their unique local circumstances and needs
- Foster close relationships with school leaders and administrative staff to facilitate seamless recruitment processes
- Collaborate with your senior recruiter and other team members to develop and implement sourcing strategies for schools that are facing recruitment challenges
- Provide end to end recruitment support, from taking briefs and writing job ads through to onboarding. You'll also work with schools in a close supporting role as they manage some of their recruitment processes locally
What you'll bring to the role
Recruitment experience in a similar organisation (government, education, healthcare, etc.)
is highly desirable; however, we're keen to hear from anyone with recruitment experience or other relevant experience who can demonstrate:
- Eloquence and confidence in communication you'll be writing job ads, interacting with stakeholders at all levels, asking questions, recording answers and making recommendations communication is key
