As a Chef Apprentice or Hospitality Trainee at The Kent Hotel, you'll learn from experienced professionals and work towards achieving a
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Certificate III in Hospitality.

These opportunities will see you working across areas such as bar, gaming, bistro, and commercial kitchen environments at The Kent Hotel in Hamilton, NSW.


‍ Daily Tasks Include:


As an apprentice, you'll assist the Chef with various food preparation tasks, follow recipes and guidelines, maintain a clean workspace, and actively learn kitchen operations.


As a Hospitality Trainee, your duties will include taking customers' orders, maintaining cleanliness in food and beverage areas, supporting kitchen staff, and using the POS system for transactions.

Your main goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience while adhering to health and safety standards.
