Key Duties:


The role will be supporting the property department and other key areas within the business with regard to property and procurement needs.

This newly created position presents an exciting learning opportunity to shape the service delivery of Signature Care into the future during a period of significant change in the aged care sector.


About Yourself:

You will have:

  • Experience in procurement and property services
  • Experience in administration tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent customer service delivery.
  • Ability to plan, organise, coordinate, problem solve and analyse to a high standard.
  • Highly collaborative approach, partnering skills and the ability to gain support and cooperation from others.
  • Demonstrated time management and strong organisational skills
  • Selfmotivator with the ability to work well in both a team and autonomous environment, and to show initiative as appropriate
  • Experience and competence using electronic maintenance systems and software packages.
  • Experience in aged care (ideal but not essential)
  • Valid working rights in Australia, a valid police check and current COVID vaccinations
