Role Overview: We require an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with a manufacturing QA background. The ideal candidate will aid our QA Manager in investigating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), collaborating with different departments to uphold quality standards, and assisting in compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support QA Manager in NCR investigations and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Record defect details, root causes, and corrective measures in coordination with the operations team.
- Analyze production data from SAP to pinpoint defect origins.
- Collaborate with various teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Implement quality standards on production lines through check sheets, sampling, and golden samples.
- Assist in HACCP audits and other compliance checks.
- Ensure prompt closure of NCRs and develop preventive measures.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues with advanced diagnostic skills.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration with different departments.
