About your team

Customer demands are ever-increasing. The Client Services team ensures these needs are met, providing crucial support to clients, colleagues, and enabling sales functions across the business, fostering strong relationships with all.

About your role

A key pillar of initial support, you'll collaborate closely with the Associate Director and Client Services senior manager to assist clients in managing their investments and securing their desired futures. As a team member, you'll experience daily growth and learning, acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to:

  • Handle a diverse range of issues from various clients, such as direct investors, financial advisers, and wholesale intermediaries, as well as internal colleagues
  • Oversee new client account setups, ensuring accurate documentation collection, verification, and recording, alongside the fulfillment of account opening, AML, and KYC checks, managed by our external unit registry provider
  • Address phone and email inquiries, process requests, and handle complaints
  • Administer fee rebate payments
  • Manage and facilitate RFP requests from Wholesale and Institutional clients, collaborating with regional and global counterparts
  • Support the research activities within the Wholesale Sales team by maintaining and establishing research databases, providing regular and ad-hoc reports and competitor analysis
  • Prepare client reports
  • Drive process enhancements and innovation within the Client Services unit
  • Educate clients on our products and services, ensuring they derive maximum value from our tools
  • Ensure every interaction, email, and communication leaves a positive and constructive impact

  • Possess substantial experience in customer service, distribution, or product environments within Funds Management
  • Are RG146 compliant
  • Bring experience in completing RFP documents, detailed questionnaires, and reports
  • Have a deep understanding of the Funds Management ecosystem, encompassing the adviser and institutional landscape, with knowledge of product requirements and competitor analysis software
  • Understand Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism (AML/CTF) regulations
  • Excel at building relationships and effectively communicating with diverse individuals
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
  • Have the ability to simplify complex information for clear comprehension
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else
  • Possess leadership qualities and proactive team participation, contributing ideas for continuous process improvement, automation, and efficiency
