The Opportunity

The Recreation and Open Space Department is looking for an appropriately qualified Senior Recreation and Open Space Projects Officer. Reporting to the Coordinator Recreation and Open Space Projects Delivery, this role is integral to supporting and coordinating the delivery of sport, recreation and open space projects across the municipality.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Works Planning Project Coordination and Implementation Strategic Partnerships Communication, Consultation and Advocacy

About You

To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in the provision of sport and recreation and/or open space services and facilities in a local government setting, experience in capital works projects across the project life, including project proposal, scope, planning and design, funding, delivery and management.
