Description:
Key Accountabilities

The Yardperson is responsible for maintaining & cleaning the assets of the Branch. They are responsible for loading & unloading equipment and ensuring the yard is clean and tidy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Load and unload equipment
  • Maintain the cleanliness of equipment
  • Inspect assets upon return from the customer
  • Refuel assets and carry out maintenance and minor repairs in a timely manner
  • Assist in maintaining effective stock control of assets
  • Foster relationships with key suppliers and contractors
  • Undertake general housekeeping and yard duties.

Skills and Experiences:
Skills and Experience

  • Forklift licence (highly regarded)
  • EWP licence (highly regarded)
  • Good communication skills
  • Current driver's licence and white card (highly regarded)
  • Experience in loading and unloading of equipment (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work autonomously and be selfmotivated with a positive attitude towards workplace safety
