ABOUT THE POSITION.

DUTIES.

  • Collaborate with Hiring managers to facilitate in endtoend recruitment processes from initial shortlisting, interviewing and selection processes
  • Monitor the process of all recruitment activities to ensure legislations, compliance, awards and Council policy guidelines are adhered to
  • Act as a first point of contact for any recruitment that is outsources via agencies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

  • Prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Engagement and Acquisition is required
  • Understanding of interview selection techniques and writing job advertisements
  • Fastpaced learner who is able to work with high volume
  • Proactive individual who is able to build relationships with excellent communication skills
