As a skilled project manager, you will lead the charge in ensuring flawless project execution to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. This entails timely and cost-effective delivery of our diverse projects, alongside fostering strong customer relationships to ensure continued success.

You will be counted on for your organizational acumen and technical acuity to support a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables for project initiation, development, and execution.
  • Provide leadership and project management to meet performance objectives and project requirements.
  • Maintain regular review and update of project financial status.
  • Ensure high-quality work and adherence to OHS&E standards.
  • Efficiently manage customer/contractor relationships.
  • Identify opportunities, enhancements, and solutions to drive continuous organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate high levels of discipline, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy in work delivery under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trade Certificate in Electrical/HVAC or Engineering Qualification with BMS or HVAC Experience.
  • Capability to adapt and grow through digital transformation.
  • Solid background in Building Automation Systems and their design intent, controller product design, and alternative solutions.
  • Proficient in project reviews and management through FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio. BIM and AutoCAD skills would be advantageous.
  • Standardization of deliverables including software, points list, documentation, etc.
  • Stay abreast of technical advancements and be open to necessary training.
