About the role


Do you love a challenge? Our Planning & Inventory crew are currently seeking an Operations Planning Coordinator to join our team at Tomago.

This role will see you responsible for collaborating with several internal departments to develop and maintain running machine/component schedules that provide visibility and clarity to support operational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Planning new equipment builds and customer rebuilds across multiple locations in NSW/ACT
  • Working with available data sources to develop capacity and capability forecasts including manpower, parts consumption, machine sales and component repair schedules
  • Managing and working with sales teams to review forecasted and budgeted requirements to opportunity's presented by customer machine data
  • Supporting the arrival schedule and logistics involved to deliver equipment across the branch network

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in planning/scheduling or project support role
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills
  • Sound written and verbal communication Skills
  • Selfmotivated with ability to take the initiative
  • Caterpillar experience will be highly regarded
