Our Client is a leading water Corporation, that provides potable drinking water, wastewater and some stormwater services to Greater Metropolitan Sydney, the Illawarra and the Blue Mountains regions, in the Australian state of New South Wales.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator with SAP finance experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Learning and Development Team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating learning programs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our learning management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and training support to the Learning and Development Team.
  • Plan and execute learning programs at the enterprise and local business unit levels.
  • Communicate learning and development opportunities to the organization effectively.
  • Maintain the L&D iConnect Intranet Pages to ensure accessibility and relevance.
  • Manage vendor contracts, including tracking documents, fostering relationships, onboarding new vendors, and supporting L&D Advisors as a subject matter expert.
  • Handle purchasing and invoice payments for all L&D activities.
  • Coordinate projects and provide administrative support for program delivery.
  • Oversee full end-to-end learning management system administration, particularly with SAP finance experience, utilizing Compass as the primary platform.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Compass, providing guidance and support to users as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in learning and development or HR.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance software is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience with learning management systems, particularly Compass, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively.
