We are a Brand New Innovative Ward within Eastern Health who currently have ANUM opportunities, with your skills and experience you will deliver safe, reliable and progressive patient care.

About the role Our ANUM's are an integral member of the unit's management and leadership team, managing and providing direction for staff, whilst ensuring that the well-being of the Patients and family is the primary focus of care within the unit.

You will be able to offer patients personalised attention that is tailored to their specific needs

Your new role:
You will ensure there is a provision of high-quality standards of patient care.

This includes the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team to achieve the desired patient outcomes.

Ensure all patients have appropriate risk documentation completed and associated plans in place. You will assume the responsibilities of the manager maintaining professional and operational standard out of hours.

In your new role, you will work collaboratively with the MDT to progress the patient care, resolving issues locally or escalating as needed.

About you To be successful in this role you will possess: Current registration with AHPRA Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience A strong commitment to high quality care The ability to work as part of a diverse team Excellent communication and organisational skills Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
