About this opportunity:
The Clinical Quality Specialist role provides combines advanced book-keeping and organisation skills with clinical knowledge of incident management services.
The role will coordinate and direct the flow and retention of records and information between TELUS and our client organisations, demonstrating superior attention to detail to ensure best-practice in the provision of clinical records.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Clinical Quality Specialist, Incident Management, and we're on the hunt for a teammate to join our team based in any of our main offices in Australia (Melbourne, Sydney Brisbane).
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Coordinate trauma response/incident management support, onsite counselling, training workshops and other additional services.
- Processing invoices and data management.
- Provide accurate record keeping of all clinical processes with a keen attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical team members.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Can demonstrate strong computer skills with a high proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Have the ability to be understanding and empathetic towards the mental health of others.
- Can build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Have a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Have highly developed organisational and time management skills.
- Have confidence and resourcefulness to adapt to changing circumstances and environments.
