Your New Opportunity

You'll engage with diverse clients including financial institutions, business owners, solicitors, and other professional service providers. Your role involves conducting valuations of businesses for various purposes including mortgage security, compensation claims, family law settlements, share buyouts, accounting, price setting, business performance, and planning. Initially focusing on property management businesses, there is potential to broaden your scope to include retail, supermarkets, professional services, franchises, and other SMEs.

In Your New Role You Will

  • Conduct valuations of businesses using various methodologies
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information for analysis
  • Attend business inspections
  • Analyze financial statements, market data, and industry trends for valuation inputs
  • Construct, review, and amend financial models
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports
  • Assist in client meetings and presentations with expert valuation insights and recommendations

About You

  • You possess business valuation and/or financial analysis experience
  • You hold a Business degree with a high level of accounting knowledge
  • Your interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are strong

  • Your work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for adding value are remarkable
  • You are committed to developing skills and working towards certification in Business Valuations
  • You have an excellent ability to create and maintain working relationships

Acumentis will support your integration by providing the necessary training and resources to get you up to speed swiftly. A National Police Clearance is required as a condition of employment (expenses covered by the company).
