Are you an experienced Estimator who values precision and thoroughness? Our client is looking to welcome a new team member who can bring their expertise to important projects in Western Australia.

In this role, you'll be central to the tender processes, helping ensure every detail is considered from the initial stages to project completion.

This is an office based role located in Wangara, Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoughtfully review tender documentation and project requirements.
  • Participate in site visits for comprehensive scope assessment.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates that meet both client and company standards.
  • Facilitate tender reviews, clarifications, and detailed risk analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior management on tender proposal reviews.
  • Ensure a smooth project handover from estimating to operations post-contract award.
  • Seek continuous improvement by reviewing past works.
Skills & Experience:
  • Self-Sufficient: Comfortable working independently, efficiently sourcing and managing tenders.
  • Tender Expertise: Experienced in reading, interpreting, and evaluating tenders in detail.
  • Risk Quantification: Skilled in identifying and quantifying risks associated with tenders.
  • Project Experience: Knowledgeable in Blasting and Painting, Concrete/Asset Remediation, and Maintenance.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in essential tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
