Forts de leurs positions, sur le parvis de la gare Centrale TGV de Mulhouse,et est facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute A35 et A36, ces deux hôtels sont situés à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville.144 chambres (68 Ibis Styles, 76 Ibis Budget), 1 bar, 1 salle de séminaire et 1 vaste terrasse.

Description du poste Directeur d'exploitation (H/F/X)
Soyez un ambassadeur de la marque Ibis Styles et Budget et de l'établissement en tant que directeur d'exploitation, où votre leadership, vos solides compétences relationnelles et votre vision stratégique vous aideront à bâtir une équipe engagée, amélioreront la satisfaction clients et maximiseront les résultats d'exploitation.
Vous apporterez votre sens aigu du commerce et des affaires, votre désir d'obtenir les meilleurs résultats, de dépasser les objectifs, et de positionner l'établissement sur son marché.

Votre rôle :
·Piloter le business
o Définir une gouvernance et une direction stratégique de l'établissement, et soutenir l'ensemble des services dans la réalisation des objectifs opérationnels.
o Optimiser les marges et les performances financières
o Assurer une conformité totale avec les contrôles/audits opérationnels et la législation en vigeur dans tous les domaines
· Construire votre équipe
o Participer activement au processus de recrutement au sein de l'établissement afin de sélectionner les meilleurs profils
o Développer des bonnes relations au sein de la communauté locale
· Garantir la culture du service
o Maintenir les standards de qualité de produits et de services afin de répondre aux attentes des clients
o Promouvoir la marque et s'assurer que tous les standards sont mis en place et constamment respectés.
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
o Une expérience précédente dans un rôle de management général au sein d'une marque ou d'une entreprise hôtelière similaire, 2 ans minimum.
Ou bien 3 ans en tant qu'adjoint de direction.o Pilotage des prix selon le yield managemento Savoir faire commercialo Savoir êtreo Gestion d'un environnement F&Bo Anglais (courant parlé et écrit), Allemand (un plus)Qualifications
•Élaborer des objectifs financiers précis et agressifs à court et à long terme en cohérence avec la stratégie de la marque, pour développer le CA.

• Interagir de manière positive avec tous les membres de l'équipe pour garantir une expérience client optimale.

• Favoriser des relations positives avec les propriétaires et maximiser les performances.
