The Technical Group is made up of four teams that work together to provide outstanding support to our clients – The Response Team, the Network Administration Team, the Project Services Team and the Cyber Security Team.

The Opportunity Due to continued Company growth we have an opportunity for a new team member to join the Cyber Security Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is growing strongly and poised to become the Managed Service Provider of choice for clients and employees alike.

As a member of the Cyber Security Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of the company by not only providing an excellent service to our clients and their team members, but by building outstanding client relationships to ensure that they feel like valued members of the Tech Brain family.

And we want you to join usReporting to the Head of Cyber Security and Strategy, you will be based at our Subiaco office working with our predominantly CBD based clients in the mid-market space seats).

Highly skilled client support and relationship management skills.
The ability to assist non-technical people understand technical aspects.
Exceptional planning and organisation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
High level written and documentation skills.

Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 Knowledge of hardware configurations Knowledge of network configurations Experience in cyber security with knowledge of NIST, ISO and Essential Eight preferable Current WA Drivers License After reading all this are you still keen?Please send us an application containing a cover letter and resume.
