The Role
Looking for a high-performing individual who has a strong background in bookkeeping and a keen eye for detail.

You will be involved in the day-to-day running of the accounts functions and supporting the wider accounts team when needed.


Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Lead and provide guidance to two junior AR team members
  • Recording invoices, adjustment notes and debtor payments.
  • Monthly debtors' reconciliation.
  • Obtaining, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices and statements from approved suppliers and processing payments to suppliers.
  • Creating midmonth, adhoc and monthend pay runs.
  • Respond to supplier enquiries and resolve billing disputes.
  • Processing and completing payroll.
  • Preparing purchase orders.
  • Preparing BAS Statements.
  • Capture and record daily banking transactions.
  • Ad hoc bookkeeping tasks as required.

What we are looking for

  • Have 2 or more years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Hold relevant bookkeeping qualifications, minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Someone who is keen to learn and able to handle a fluid work environment.
  • Someone who has excellent attention to detail
  • Good time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • An autonomous selfstarter with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and problemsolving skills.
  • A team player, pitching in to help colleagues in a fastpaced environment
