Flourish Holistic Services is looking for an experienced and exceptional community psychotherapist on a
Casual basis to join our team at
20 Camphora street Tarneit
3029 Reporting to the
Director and Office Manager.

Role and Responsibility_

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Provide specialist psychological interventions and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Work with people from various backgrounds and cultures establishing collaborative and therapeutic relationships.
• Assess, diagnosis, consult, evaluate, and provide treatment planning for complex presentations. This will also include the provision of evidencebased program design and implementation to improve community wellbeing.
• Provide counselling and therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.
• Appropriate travel to and from individuals and or community sites.
• Keep appropriate, up to date and accurate clinical records.
• Assess complex cases to determine treatment planning.
• Ensure the process of transfer and/or discharge of care is undertaken in a timely and effective manner, including written/verbal communication to all relevant parties and the completion of statistical and outcome measures.
• Implement, monitor, and review treatment plans.
• Valid Driving license and Use of personal vehicle.

KPI's_

• Emphasis on participant satisfaction to increase the client retention rate.
• Frequent communication with the client whilst keeping the client informed and updated on a daily basis.
• Minimum daily sessions target will be expected to achieve to increase the efficiency.
• You will be expected to reduce the session cancellation rate to mínimal.

Desirable_

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience providing counselling and therapy services
• Ensure all practice meets professional, organization, legal and ethical requirements.
• Excellent level of professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other software tools.
• Ability to write clear and concise psychotherapy reports.
• Demonstrated experience working in a remote community and establishing therapeutic relationships with individuals and the community.
• Experience working with individuals from different backgrounds and culture.
