In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing compelling content strategies that shine a spotlight on our seniors living communities and services, captivating our target audiences, residents and clients, and driving conversions and brand recognition.


From creating video content that tells heartfelt stories, to informative and value-packed articles, engaging lead magnets that draw people in, persuasive website and landing page copy that sparks conversations and crafting social media content that creates awareness.

It's a chance to take full ownership of content production, making a meaningful impact every step of the way.

This is a Permanent Full-time role, based at Norwest, Baulkham Hills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a captivating content marketing strategy that sets our Seniors Living communities and services apart, engaging our target audience, residents, and clients at every touchpoint.
  • Execute on content marketing pillars across a diverse range of online and offline channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Create exceptional copy, capture images and video for content across channels such as our website, blogs, social media, display, search and eDMs.
  • Drive lead acquisition through innovative digital marketing tactics, converting prospects effectively.
  • Craft compelling narratives that showcase the value we bring to seniors' lives.
  • Utilise SEO techniques to ensure discoverability and resonance with our audience.
  • Enhance content creation with AI tools and streamline processes.
  • Implement distribution and personalisation strategies for effective content delivery.
  • Analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities and shape future strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and partners to align content marketing initiatives seamlessly.

About You

  • A strong content marketing background.
  • Adaptable and agile, with a growth mindset and embracing new things.
  • Creative and adept at generating engaging content concepts.
  • You embrace AI as a partner rather than a threat.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for engagement and performance marketing.

To be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 5 years' experience in content creation and management.
  • Must have their own vehicle and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
