About the role- Manager
- IT Business Platforms is a new ongoing leadership position within VCAT IT
- This is an exciting time to join the team as we introduce the first phase of our new Case Management System
- Undertakes leadership responsibility to provide support and ongoing development of VCAT's business systems and management of the support team.
- Extensive previous experience of managing multidisciplined technical team in public service environment, preferably in judicial sector
- Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant tertiary education qualifications or 10yrs experience in similar positions
- Experience with agile development methodology in public service sector
- Experience establishing development strategies based on sound understanding of best practice in a public service sector.
