The RoleWe are looking for a Products Administrator to join our team in our Pinjarra Workshop on a 12 months maternity cover contract with a 38 hour week. This represents an exciting chance to become part of a high-performing and expanding team, allowing you to progress to the next phase of your career.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Assisting with product supply chain and procurement
- Coordinate all sub-suppliers and stock items processing daily requisitions and PO requirements for the business
- Supply and delivery of products across all divisions
- Supplier and client liaison including all queries and issuing quotes
- Stock management including managing the inventory system stock take and stock analysis
- Ensure that end of month process and Goods Receipts are completed in a timely manner within correct periods
- Post order processing, planning and delivery
- Assisting with commercial document control including policy and procedures and effective roll out to the business
- Arrange freight /international suppliers and client / all the logistics procedures
- Involvement with the Accounts department to ensure that both inventory and purchasing accounts are reconciled at the end of period
- Other duties as requested by Products Development Manager
- Previous experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Logistical experience (desirable)
- Experience in Pronto software highly desirable
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work within a small team, across multiple divisions and without supervision
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent work ethic and a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- 38 hour week
