We are currently recruiting for Recycling Sorters for positions based in Somerton -
Multiple AM / PM shifts available

  • 6am 2pm 2pm 10pm
    About our Client:
National Workforce is partnering with a prominent Australian company to recruit Recycling Sorters for their facility in Somerton. Our client is a well-recognized player in the industry, committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

About the role:

We are hiring for multiple shifts, both AM and PM, to accommodate your schedule. As a Recycling Sorter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of the recycling process. Working with a variety of recyclables, from kerbside recycling bins. You'll be responsible for sorting materials, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort recyclable waste on conveyors
  • Ensure the correct recyclables are processed
  • Conduct general cleanup of the recycling plant facility
  • Adhere to all site safety procedures and policies
    Requirements:
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday on allocated shifts
  • Access to reliable transportation due to the location and shift timings
  • Comfortable working in a dusty and noisy environment
  • Prior experience on a conveyor belt is preferred but not necessary
  • Strong attention to detail
