The New Graduate Program

Connect2Care has meticulously crafted a New Graduate Program designed to facilitate a smooth transition for recent graduates stepping into the workforce. This program fully supports new graduates, equipping them with the necessary skills for a successful career journey. Stretching over a 12-month period, the program kicks off the moment you walk through our doors.

With over 100 therapists, some specializing in specific clinical areas, you'll have the chance to broaden your knowledge and glean insights from the best.

The Role

As a therapist at Connect2Care, you'll join a multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based services to individuals through various service delivery models such as telehealth, community visits, and center-based services. Referrals may originate from the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. This role, which involves:

  • Assessing and offering interventions for individuals with disabilities
  • Working within the NDIS to enhance clients' function, capacity & social engagement
  • Assisting clients with technology assessments & applications
  • Timely documentation & report writing
  • Handling a diverse caseload
  • Meeting company expectations for professionalism
  • Engaging in meetings, supervision & personal development activities
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Utilizing leading software platforms & online tools

Requirements

To be eligible, you must possess or be able to obtain:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Professional registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Driver's license & access to a reliable vehicle
  • Car insurance
  • Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
