$90k - $120k base + Super depending on experience.

Desired experience

  • Seeking workplace investigations professional someone who has performed and / or managed workplace misconduct investigations into bullying and harassment, sexual harassment, grievances etc ideally from law enforcement, government or a consultancy environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy and manage corruption prevention and/or ethics frameworks in complex regulatory environments
  • Able to manage, monitor and oversee 25~ cases at any one time
  • Must be excellent at multitasking and keeping the complainants and stakeholders updated and informed of progress
  • Clear communicator and selfmotivated with good interpersonal and teamwork skills

This is an immediate fixed term contract opportunity to join a boutique, dynamic business. Whilst the roles are initially on a contracting basis, there is opportunity to continue to contract or go permanent.

You will get the opportunity to have flexible working with WFH as an option, and can head into the office if you please.
