About the Opportunity
Our company is on the look out for a Hydraulic Field Service Technician to come into our high performing team, located in Bundaberg QLD 4670.
We are looking for a self starter that shares our company values and is wanting to grow along side the company. This role will see you working across a broad range of industrial sectors, providing breakdown and diagnostics support on hydraulic systems and equipment used in fixed plant and mobile equipment.
Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Attend site inspections and conduct initial diagnosis and assessment
- Initiate the corrective action, which may involve repair or replacement on both fixed plant or mobile equipment
- Undertake site installations and commissioning of new systems
- Provide routine preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipment
- Perform work within the workshop, which will include cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testing
- Perform work safely and comply with WHS procedures.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Hydraulic field service overhaul and diagnostics experience (desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics together with sound report writing capabilities
- Flexibility to work overtime and on weekend call-out rosters when required
- Valid Driver's Licence and demonstrated safety first mindset
