What You'll Do:

  • Own pacing and delivery of campaigns, both IO and programmatic
  • Perform prelaunch activities, including: campaign builds, site list adjustments, creative snippet generation, and other tasks
  • Collaborate with Client Services Manager to optimize campaign performance against client KPIs and communicate when faced with campaign pacing issues
  • Analytics: Ability to analyze performance data sets to tell a story and optimize
  • Provide 1st and 3rd party reports on scheduled or ad hoc basis
  • QA: Ensure proper set up within line items, ensure various types of creative tags and pixels are properly trafficked and firing within GAM
  • Work with CSM and external trading teams to facilitate programmatic launches and troubleshooting
  • Accurate campaign setup and ontime launch; maintain proper budgeting within ad servers to limit leakage or overrun revenue
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently before escalating to next level
  • Submit troubleshooting tickets within selected ticketing management system and project manage through resolution

Who You Are:

  • 12 years relevant experience
  • Previous knowledge in client services, ad operations and serving solutions a plus, especially Google Ad Manager
  • Must be comfortable with complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction;
  • Demonstrated use of critical thinking techniques
  • Excellent judgement & acute sense of selfawareness
  • Experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chartmaking, and manipulation of large data sets.
  • Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings
  • Effective time management skills ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Comfort with fastpaced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficient in different 1st party and 3rd party reporting, (GAM, GCM, Moat, Atlas, DV and IAS etc.)
  • Understanding of programmatic operations (header bidding, PMP, PG, AG, Server to Server,etc.
