About the Role:
- We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Planning and Project Controls Manager for large infrastructure projects based in Perth.
- The role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and governance to the Planning function, ensuring compliance with business systems and processes.
- Provide leadership and direction to the P&PC team.
- Provide strategic analysis to the Project Leadership Team.
- Ensure Planning and Project Control processes and best practices are implemented in the project.
- Develop and maintain fully integrated Programs.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure construction methodology is incorporated into project programs.
- Develop and maintain project reports (Schedule, Earned Value, Progress, and Performance).
- Labor and plant productivity monitoring.
- Develop and update detailed hour-by-hour shutdown programs utilizing Primavera P6.
About You:
- You will have extensive experience in a similar role, backed by a relevant engineering degree.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office experience is a must.
- PRISM G2, Navisworks, and Power BI experience will be highly regarded.
