About the Role:

  • We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Planning and Project Controls Manager for large infrastructure projects based in Perth.
  • The role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and governance to the Planning function, ensuring compliance with business systems and processes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the P&PC team.
  • Provide strategic analysis to the Project Leadership Team.
  • Ensure Planning and Project Control processes and best practices are implemented in the project.
  • Develop and maintain fully integrated Programs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure construction methodology is incorporated into project programs.
  • Develop and maintain project reports (Schedule, Earned Value, Progress, and Performance).
  • Labor and plant productivity monitoring.
  • Develop and update detailed hour-by-hour shutdown programs utilizing Primavera P6.

About You:

  • You will have extensive experience in a similar role, backed by a relevant engineering degree.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office experience is a must.
  • PRISM G2, Navisworks, and Power BI experience will be highly regarded.
