Job Summary
Provide training and assessment to drill crews progressing traineeships in drilling qualifications.
This position works a day shift roster, with the role primarily based training out in the field work. Field work can involve working in a range of environments (surface and underground) and various rig locations throughout WA.
Hours can vary depending upon operational requirements and reasonable additional hours, including occasional weekend work, are expected to be undertaken in this role to ensure key accountabilities are achieved.
To become part of this exciting team, successful applicants should possess the following:
- TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) including TAEASS502 and TAELLN41
- Drilling qualifications
- RII20915 CII in Drilling Operations, RII31815 CIII in Drilling Operations, and RII40915 CIV in Drilling Operations.
- Minimum 2 years Drillings / operations experience
- Passion to train and motivate others.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to deliver relevant and engaging training.
- Drivers Licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
It is
essential that you hold a
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), relevant Drilling qualifications, as well as relevant industry experience.
