Packaging Technician

**About the role
Reporting to the Packaging Team Leaders, these roles contribute to production team performance by monitoring and delivering consistent product quality and line performance across the various tasks of the bottling and packaging process.
Working across a weekly rotating shift cycle of day, afternoon, and nights you will work within a team:- Ensuring quality control across the packaging line
- Operating and optimising high speed packaging equipment
- Participating in continuous improvement activities
- Monitoring packaging processes and taking action to prevent problems
- Conducting checks on processes consistently
Having completed Yr.
12 (or equivalent relevant industry experience) you will have well rounded communication skills, attention to detail and be able to operate will in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Good computer skills and literacy
- Strong safety focus and awareness
