Purpose of the Role:

Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and servicing of plant, equipment, and light vehicle fleet in the field.

  • Responsible for refueling required fleet items.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:

Perform preventative maintenance to quality standards in line with OEM specifications, budget, and schedule.

  • Conduct minor repairs as required and ensure compliance with lockout/tagout systems and environmental procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining required accreditations and comply with Integrated Management System policies.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

Background in Heavy Plant, Mechanical, and Electrical processes.

  • Strong planning ability and experience managing multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication and computer literacy skills

Qualifications:

Trade Certificate in Heavy Plant or RIISAM212D - Service mine plant and equipment (desirable).

  • Current HR Driver's License.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
