We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to join the Western Health Medical Records Services team.

This role is to provide operational supervision to the clerical team at Bacchus Marsh Hospital and Melton Health Community Services, Medical Records departments.

This role will also assist with Clerical Lead duties at the other Western Health Medical Record departments as required to support daily operations.


To be successful, you will need to have a highly efficient organisation skills with the ability to effectively lead a team to ensure overall departmental activities and key performance indicators are achieved in line with organisation expectations.
