What to Expect:

  • You will lead the hotel's overnight operations and guide the night team.
  • Encourage team involvement, initiative, and continuous improvement through hands-on management.
  • Manage daily activities and financial transactions, ensuring a balanced and efficient operation.
  • Assist in reception duties, room service orders, and coordinate tasks for each shift.
  • Conduct team briefings to keep everyone informed of hotel activities and special guests.
  • Handle guest requests efficiently and resolve any complaints with a smile.
  • Be prepared to act in case of emergencies and follow proper procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy in the Property Management System and contribute to a seamless transition between shifts.
  • Assist in financial and yield reporting, reservation requests, and team roster management.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment in public areas for a pleasant guest experience.

Base Salary: $70,716.10 per annum
