Your tasks and responsibilities include assisting with:

  • Initial Assessments, including Home Modifications and NDIS participants
  • NDIS Plan Review Reports
  • Collecting, sorting, and distributing all primary and secondary information and previous assessments
  • Developing a holistic patient profile in order to identify how best to help and assist
  • Subsequent Assessments, where necessary
  • Patient and other relevant stakeholder liaising


All of these services will be performed with the help and guidance from an incredibly talented and experienced Occupational Therapist.


Qualifications:

  • Studying a Bachelor or Masters degree that results in you becoming a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Graduate

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary:
$35.00 per hour
