The Opportunity:


As the Executive Assistant to our client's Managing Director, you will be entrusted with a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and supporting the Managing Director's objectives.

The Role:


In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and critical decision-making.


Your key duties will include:

  • Proactively managing the Managing Director's schedule, meticulously coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Efficiently handling incoming communications, prioritising, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Preparing highquality correspondence, reports, and presentations as required by the Managing Director.
  • Conducting thorough research and data analysis, providing valuable insights to facilitate informed decisionmaking, when required.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and representing the office impeccably.

About You:


To excel in this role, you must possess a proven track record as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a similar high-profile environment.


Additionally, the following qualifications are required:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional results with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
