Our current TABP is leaving to pursue something in a new industry, and we are going to miss her desperately, she's a legend.

However as one door closes then a new one opens, and maybe you can step through? We have a pretty cool TA model at Guild Group, whilst you are the boots-on-the-ground Guild Group employee, you're supported by a small team of consultants (me, Steph and Bianca) to deliver the strategic and operational recruitment plan for the business.


Here's some of the stuff you'll want to know (in no particular order) about the role, team and ways of working.

  • It'll suit a true business partner, we're not order takers, as a business partner you need to know what's going on in your patch and your stakeholders want the same.
  • When a vacant role does come up, we take a job brief, every time. You know enough about the current talent market to know it changes daily. It's also an ideal way to connect with the hiring manager community and then give advice and counsel on the best sourcing strategy.
  • If you want to add something new or enhance your skills, then get involved in the creation and execution of the EVP and employer brand strategy (we kick off in March)
  • You'll have a LinkedIn recruiter license, LinkedIn Insights access, Seek database search if you need something else to do your job (and the ROI stacks up) well you'll probably get it
  • Our core tech is PageUp, we want to be their best customer and for that, you'll be tasked with the ongoing optimisation of this.
  • We're more concerned by how long a role has been open than time to fill, you're in the green still at the 35 days mark, beyond that then we work as a team to find another way of sourcing or influencing the hiring process
  • Guild is investing a significant amount of time and money in creating new ways of working (including a reimagined office space) that will enable you to work as effectively from the office and home. It's pretty special. This is a hybrid working arrangement with a mix of office (a couple of days per week) and home.
  • We have brilliant relationships with our HR Business Partners/Head of PX, they back us in TA and we back them in their roles, with no roadblocks and open communication.
