As the
Business & Supply Chain Resilience Specialist you will be situated at the heart of CSC's operational resilience, within the Risk Team.

You'll play an instrumental role shaping our resilience strategy from the Board and cascading it down throughout our operational business and supply chain.


Leveraging your experience in risk management and resilience roles, you confidently develop and maintain a robust business continuity and material supplier policies.

Your priority will be in overseeing a resilient supply chain, and work closely with key stakeholders on supplier due diligence and performance management.

You bring your consultative approach to provide expert analysis, advice, and training to foster a strong culture of business resilience and awareness across the organisation.


You build trusted relationships as you collaborate to define clear and meaningful business resilience objectives aligned with our risk appetite.

You take ownership and successfully support CSC's Board and Risk Committee with concise papers on supplychain risk management and business resilience, and you successfully formulate and oversee the comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework and exercise program to ensure readiness for disruptions.


In this position you stay informed on regulatory frameworks integrating relevant opportunities to enhance resilience, and identify gaps to drive development opportunities for risk and resilience frameworks.

Desired Skills and Experience:

What you'll need to excel

  • Undergraduate degree complementing skill set.
  • 7 years+ of experience in risk management and/or business resilience related roles.
  • Direct experience developing BIA's, BCP plans and running test scenarios.
  • Proven capability developing business cases and using them to drive change with direct and indirect stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of SPS/CPS 220, SPS/CPS 232, and

ISO:
31000 and

ISO:
2230- Familiarity with incoming CPS 230 Operational Risk Prudential Standard

The following qualifications and skills are considered desirable

  • Postgraduate qualifications in the business resilience and/or supply chain areas.
  • Direct experience negotiating and managing external relationships for risk mitigation and/or performance.
  • Proven capability to navigate new requirements (prudential) with innovative and efficient approaches in the context of industry wide uncertainty.
