Raine & Horne | Mona Vale are seeking a

Sales Associate to join their award winning residential sales team. If you want to build a successful real estate sales career, this is the place to be. We want you to succeed and will provide training and support to help you get there.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate and are determined to learn the art of real estate sales. If you are driven by achieving results and are motivated to reach your goals, we want to hear from you

Your duties will include:

  • Client prospecting;
  • Gathering market intelligence;
  • Social media marketing;
  • Assisting in developing marketing materials;
  • Handling prospective buyer enquiries;
  • Pre & post appraisals follow up;
  • Networking;
  • Assisting with open homes and inspections;
  • Database management;
  • Assisting with home appraisals; and
  • Assisting with listing properties for sale.

To succeed in this role you'll have:

  • Be willing to undertake study and obtain a Certificate of Registration ASAP
    _or_ hold a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration;
  • A focused, driven and motivated personality;
  • High level problem solving skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Be process driven with a strong attention to detail;
  • Possess exceptional follow up;
  • Can use a direct approach to selling but will also appreciate the
more subtle aspects of sales negotiation;

  • High level personal presentation;
  • Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
  • A team player;
  • Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
  • Punctual; and
  • A valid driver's licence and vehicle.
